'Traces' by Monique Farrugia 2023
'Traces' is a clothing collection designed, created, and curated by Monique Farrugia, a Fashion and Textiles student at UTS. For this project, I assisted with creative direction for the shoot’s narrative, location, and atmosphere. As a result, we were able to achieve a hypnotic and celestial photographic outcome.
"Our garments fail to hold an emotional value until a material memory forms and influences repetitive wear, thus, becoming this evocative object that leaves lingered traces even after disposal."
